I'm Mark Campbell. I'm a personal trainer with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. The functional exercises we do in boot camp are designed to maximize fat loss. In a nutshell, functional exercises involve using your own body weight, with the option to include equipment like dumbbells. Every workout will include full-body resistance training exercises, ab-sculpting exercises to bring in that sexy six pack, and finish off with short-burst high intensity interval training (HIIT cardio) to maximize your body's fat-burning potential, all while increasing your body's resting metabolic rate to burn calories for up to 48 hours. Combined with the lifestyle and dietary practices outlined in my nutrition program, over time, you will transform your body into a healthy lean athletic-looking machine.
